It’s not just inflated praise that can backfire; so can praise that links a child’s success to some personal trait

To be simple, this article based on a lot of experiments, if we praise people based on their work and not based on their intellect, there are positive results. Author has linked the same with psychological experiments and have given a elaborate explanation of the same.

My opinion: A simple and concise article. Author doesn't bring all the unwanted stuff into the passage.
